Rob has 35 years experience in Engineering Design. While a “Rocket Scientist” he designed projects for NASA, USAF, US Army, SpaceX and Lockheed-Martin. Rob is the only American to ever design an Italian racing car. He is on the National Small Business Association’s Leadership Council and Metro State University’s School of Aerospace and Engineering Advisory Board. He likes to tell the ladies he’s a famous race car driver and rocket scientist.
After graduating CU Glenn worked in the research department of Coors for 18 years before launching a product development company. Glenn then represented many fabrication and machine shops in the greater Denver area as a business development specialist. He’s an avid cyclist and golfer and loves the excitement of bringing elegant new technologies to the market. Glenn is very excitable.

Howard has 10+ years working as an industrial designer and project manager. He has designed for Broan/Nutone, GE Instruments, Emerson Tool Company and many more. He conducts human-factors research, freehand concept sketching, technical drawing, and 3D modeling. He hates snowboarding, but is willing to give it another try. This is how he dressed to go snowboarding. Go figure.
