GET STARTED ON YOUR PROJECT

Follow These Steps To Get Started

STEP ONE: ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS

We ask you to complete this simple questionnaire. Your answers will be saved for future reference and will help us understand your vision.

STEP TWO: NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS

NDA’s (or Non-Disclosure Agreements) protect everyone from unwanted disclosure of ideas created in the course of developing a product. Once you complete the questionnaire, Glenn will contact you directly and will email you a pre-signed copy of our NDA. Review then sign and return the NDA via email. Corporations may submit their own NDA. If you have already applied for a patent, an NDA is optional.

STEP THREE: ESTIMATING

Glenn will forward your information to our engineer best qualified in your project genre and our engineer will set up a day and time to talk by phone. Once the engineer has reviewed the project with you, we will compose an Official Estimate based on what we know about your project at the time. We will send you a signed copy of the estimate along with our Services Guarantee. There are no contracts to lock you in!

STEP FOUR: OUR GUARANTEE

At the time we send you an estimate, we will include our Services Guarantee. We do not require a long term contract nor any sort of financial commitment on your part. You may cancel the project at any time. Making a deposit into your account or placing a purchase order with us signifies your acceptance of the Official Estimate and the Services Guarantee.

STEP FIVE: PAYMENT OPTIONS

We work on a pre-paid basis only, and in small increments as work progresses. Payments may be made by wire, check, or credit card. Corporations may submit PO’s on approval. Mail checks to the address below. Contact us for direct wire transfer information.

STEP SIX: PROJECT BEGINS!

Once we receive your initial payment we set up your account and you will be emailed the direct contact info to your Design Engineer. We will begin the project by contacting you for a day and time to discuss in more detail. On a regular basis the Engineer will email your Live Project Status Spreadsheet as well as periodic Progress Report.

STEP SEVEN: PROGRESS REPORTS

Your Engineer will periodically (approximately every 8 to 24 hours of labor performed, as you specify) send you Progress Reports as well as a Live Project Status spreadsheet. The Progress Report will identify the major updates in the engineering since the last report, and the Live Project Status Spreadsheet will identify the amount of labor and other expenses incurred as well as text notes of each day’s action.
